WHAT I DO?


I lead end-to-end product experiences from discovery to delivery, translating business goals and user insights into measurable design impact.

Specialized in UX strategy, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), design systems and AI-augmented workflows (Lovable, Figma Make, AI research synthesis). I collaborate closely with product, engineering and stakeholders to drive alignment, reduce complexity and create human-centered, data-informed experiences.

UX Strategy

I lead the discovery phase by aligning business objectives with user needs before any design work begins. My process involves defining the product vision, mapping complex user journeys, and establishing clear KPIs alongside stakeholders. This strategic foundation ensures that every subsequent design decision is intentional, scalable, and directly tied to measurable business outcomes.

Accessibility (WCAG 2.2)

I embed inclusive design principles directly into the foundation of the design system rather than treating them as a final-step checklist. My process includes conducting rigorous accessibility audits and collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure that color contrast, semantic HTML structure, and keyboard navigation strictly meet WCAG 2.2 standards from the very first component built.

User Testing & Research

I design and execute mixed-method research plans to validate design hypotheses and mitigate risk prior to development. By actively combining qualitative insights (interviews, usability testing) with quantitative data (heatmaps, analytics like GA4 or Looker), I synthesize complex user behaviors into actionable design iterations, creating a continuous loop of product optimization.

AI-Augmented Workflows
